SYRACUSE, N.Y. — ABC Creative says it has promoted Rachel Kelly to director of agency operations.
In this role, she works closely with ABC’s creative director and account managers to meet client expectations before, during and after each project, the firm says.
Kelly has spent more than 15 years in marketing and brand management, helping organizations across multiple industries build data-driven and creative marketing and business-development strategies, according to her LinkedIn profile. She has been with ABC Creative since August 2020, when she joined the firm as a project manager. Before that, Kelly served as director of sales and marketing at Henderson Wholesale Lamps, per her profile.
ABC is a full-service advertising and marketing agency based at 235 Walton St. in Syracuse. The firm also has a Binghamton–area office.
