GWNC Chamber 70th Annual Israel A. Shapiro Citizenship Award dinner from 6-9 p.m. at Faichney Drive Business Complex, 1291 Faichney Drive Watertown. The Greater Watertown-North Country (GWNC) Chamber of Commerce will present the 2023 Israel A. Shapiro Citizenship Award to Carl McLaughlin, who has devoted countless hours as a board member, committee member, and volunteer for Watertown–area organizations.
