SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Syracuse–based Galaxy Media and Classic Rock TK99 say their well-known blues festival is returning to downtown Syracuse late next spring.

TK99’s Blues, Brews & BBQ festival will be held in Clinton Square on May 28, the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.

This edition of the event will feature the Allman Betts Band. The full lineup of musical acts will be announced at a later date.

Special advance-sale price tickets will go on sale this Friday. The holiday pre-sale ticket will be priced at $20. A limited number of pre-sale tickets will be available and can be found at BluesBrewsCNY.com.

The festival will also include a large selection of food from local barbeque vendors, craft beer, a wine garden, and interactive photo opportunities.

“We truly believe that the Blues belong in downtown Syracuse,” Ed Levine, president and CEO of Galaxy Media. “We love the atmosphere of Clinton Square and are excited to bring this great festival back! Get ready for great music, amazing food and a great selection of brews.”
