DeWITT, N.Y. — Spectrum plans to add 70 new jobs in the coming months at its Spectrum Community Solutions call center at 6005 Fair Lakes Road in DeWitt.
The new inbound sales-representative positions will support the “rapid growth” of Spectrum Community Solutions, the company’s business unit that delivers specialized services to residents, managers, and owners of multiple-dwelling residential properties.
The full-time roles offer competitive base pay, with “lucrative” commissions and incentive opportunities, per the firm’s Monday news release. Inbound sales reps who reach their targets can earn more than $52,000 annually; top performers have even “higher earning potential,” Spectrum said.

Virtual job fair
Spectrum will hold a virtual job fair on Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Candidates can apply online for the inbound sales rep or the customer-service rep positions at Spectrum’s careers site, and recruiters will send them a link to register for the job fair.
To comply with social distancing, candidates moving forward in the hiring process undergo interviews via phone or live video, and the employee-onboarding process is completed virtually.
