St. Lawrence County man busted for stealing prescription drugs from Kinney Drugs stores

ALEXANDRIA BAY, N.Y. — State Police in Alexandria Bay recently announced they arrested a man for stealing prescription medication from Kinney Drugs stores in Alexandria Bay and Ogdensburg.

Michael A. Micelli, age 30 from Heuvelton, was charged with three counts of petit larceny, a misdemeanor, and one count of 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, for the Alexandria Bay theft.

For the Ogdensburg theft, he was charged with one count of petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Micelli was issued appearance tickets ordering him to appear on Feb. 17 — in Ogdensburg City Court at 9 a.m. and in the Village of Alexandria Bay Court at 4 p.m.
