He will advise clients on commercial and tort litigation, regulatory issues, and cybersecurity and privacy law. Clopper has worked on a variety of matters. Prior to joining Bond, he was an assistant U.S. attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, representing the federal government in civil litigation and investigations. Clopper is a certified information privacy professional/United States (CIPP/US). He is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School and Connecticut College.
