SYRACUSE — Unity House of Cayuga County, Inc. recently leased 1,998 square feet at the professional office building at 731 James St. in Syracuse.
Cory LaDuke and Troy Bullock of Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company exclusive marketed the property and facilitated this lease transaction on behalf of the property owner, the real-estate firm said in a news release.
The property is owned by Hometown Communities, LLC, according to Onondaga County’s online property records.
Unity House is an Auburn–based nonprofit that says it provides transitional and permanent housing, rehabilitative, respite, and employment services for individuals with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, and/or chemical dependencies from which they are recovering.
