Alesna-Sabang completed her residency in family medicine at the St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency Program in Utica, where she was chief resident in her third year. Alesna-Sabang earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Southwestern University in Cebu, Philippines.
