Our expert professionals, years of experience, resources and partnerships that we’ve built under the Bonadio Group will all carry over,” said Roman. “We’re excited to expand the scope and availability of these important IRM services at a time when the security landscape is increasingly complex and challenging for all companies.”
Besides Roman, FoxPointe’s management includes executive VPs and co-founders Carl Cadregari and Charlie Wood.

The firm will continue to offer IRM services to current clients and prospects through FoxPointe Solutions, whose services will also be available to companies independent of the Bonadio Group.
