SCRIBA, N.Y. — A Scriba resident was jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail for what sheriff’s deputies said was a series of crimes.

Drew M. Pelkey, 27, of 131 Creamery Road in Scriba, was charged with three counts of petit larceny Thursday afternoon, Oswego County Sheriff’s Office said in a release.

That arrest stemmed from an investigation into larcenies on July 11 in Scriba, where items were stolen from vehicles.

At the same time, Pelkey was charged with burglary in the third degree, a felony, for a July 13 incident. Deputies said Pelkey entered a building in Scriba and “stole consumable items.”

He was also charged with burglary in the second degree and the third degree — felonies — as well as petit larceny, a misdemeanor, for a third incident. Deputies said that on July 11 Pelkey stole a vehicle and insulin from a Scriba residence.
