Carrigg is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law. Housh is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo Law School. She is a member of the Broome County Bar Association, serving on its board of directors, the New York State Bar Association, serving on the House of Delegates, and the Northern District of New York Federal Court Bar Association.
