SYRACUSE — ACR Health has elected Dr. Cynthia Morrow and attorney Shannon O’Connor to its board of directors.
Morrow, M.D., MPH, is professor of practice in public administration and international affairs at the Maxwell School of Syracuse University. She holds a joint appointment as assistant professor in the Department of Public Health at Upstate Medical University. Morrow previously served as the commissioner of health for
Onondaga County.

ACR Health says it is a nonprofit, community-based organization providing a range of support services to individuals with chronic diseases, including HIV/AIDS, diabetes, heart disease, obesity, asthma, substance-use disorders, and serious mental illnesses.
Founded in 1983, the organization provides services in nine Central New York counties: Cayuga, Onondaga, Oswego, Jefferson, St. Lawrence, Lewis, Herkimer, Oneida, and Madison.
