Destiny USA to get restaurant aimed at those with food allergies, intolerances

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A restaurant that offers “globally influenced and seasonally-inspired dishes” while catering to those with food allergies and intolerances is slated to open in Syracuse late this year.

In a release, Destiny USA said 110 Grill has grown from a single restaurant in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, to 14 current locations with eight more on the drawing board, including one eatery at the Syracuse mall and entertainment complex.

The restaurant is set to go into the former Pizzeria UNO location.

“Following the vision of Director of Culinary Elliot Williams, 110 Grill showcases his globally influenced and seasonally-inspired dishes that cater to those with food allergies and intolerances, which includes offering a gluten-free version of the entire core lunch and dinner menu,” the release said.

“We’ve been growing rapidly in New England and have been interested in bringing our concept to the Syracuse area for quite some time,” said Ryan Dion, 110 Grill’s COO. “We are thrilled to partner with Destiny USA and look forward to becoming a part of the Syracuse community.”
