Oneida Healthcare has added Stephen Dubin, M.D. to the hospital’s Surgery Department. He received his bachelor’s degree in science and his medical degree from University of Pennsylvania. Dubin completed postgraduate training in general surgery at the Cleveland Clinic and in otolaryngology at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He is board-certified in head & neck surgery by the American Academy of Otolaryngology.
