Ryan-Biggs Associates, P.C. has added Mark Withiam to the firm. He was hired as a professional engineer. Withiam holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from SUNY Buffalo. He brings more than 25 years experience to the firm, previously owning his own engineering firm for 18 years. Withiam maintains a professional engineering license in New York State and is a member of several professional associations.
