SYRACUSE — CenterState CEO on Thursday announced the 12 member businesses selected as finalists for the Business of the Year award.
In the category of firms with more than 50 employees, the finalists include AmeriCU Credit Union, GHD Consulting Services, Inc. in Salina, and Tops Friendly Markets. For those companies with less than 50 employees, the finalists are Air Innovations, Inc. of Cicero, Brophy Services, Inc. of Salina, and Terakeet Corp. of Syracuse.
In the category of community involvement, the selected finalists include electric union IBEW Local #43, SEFCU, and Syracuse University, and the nonprofit finalists are the Onondaga Historical Association, Ronald McDonald House Charities of CNY, and Skaneateles YMCA & Community Center.

The organization will recognize a single company from each category during its annual meeting set for noon April 8 at the Nicholas J. Pirro Convention Center at Oncenter in downtown Syracuse.
