Michele Beard has been promoted to vice president of marketing at CH Insurance. Previously, she was commercial lines marketing manager. She has been with the company since 2001. John Sereno has been promoted to vice president of sales. He was previously sales manager. Sereno has been with CH Insurance since 2008.
