Tioga State Bank has promoted Jennifer Moraczewski to vice president of electronic banking and deposit operations. She joined Tioga State Bank in 1998 in items processing, transferred to the finance department as an accountant, and then moved back into the operations area in a management role. Moraczewski has managed the deposit operations for six years and plays a leadership role in strategic planning for the bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Empire State College, is an accredited ACH professional, has received a Foundations of Financial Services diploma from the Center for Financial Training, and has completed the electronic banking officer certification from BankersWeb with Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions
