Oswego law firm names partner

OSWEGO — The Oswego law firm of Amdursky, Pelky, Fennell & Wallen, P.C. has named Courtney S. Radick a partner in the firm.

Radick joined the law firm in 2006 after graduating from the Albany Law School of Union University. She received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University at Albany. Radick is admitted to practice law in New York and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.

She has a general practice of law with concentrations in matrimonial and family law, criminal defense, criminal and civil appeals, and adoption.

Amdursky, Pelky, Fennell & Wallen is headquartered at 26 E. Oneida St. in Oswego. Its areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate, matrimonial and family law, personal-injury litigation, Social Security disability, personal-injury litigation, workers’ compensation, criminal defense, and DWI. On its website, the firm lists six attorneys, including Radick.

Radick is a member of the American, New York State, Oswego County, and Central New York Women’s Bar Associations, currently serving on the executive committees of the Oswego County Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association.

She was an original member of the Oswego County Child Welfare Court Improvement Project and served in the New York State Bar Association House of Delegates.

Radick is a current member of the board of directors of Harborfest, Oswego’s popular, annual summertime music and entertainment festival.
