Two Northern New Yorkers have been appointed to the governing board of Healthcare Trustees of New York State.
Catherine Quencer and Maureen Missert received appointments to the board. Quencer is a trustee at Watertown’s Samaritan Medical Center, while Missert is board chair for Ogdensburg’s Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center.
They join a HTNYS board that includes a Southern Tier physician as vice chair. Dr. S. Jan Eberhard, who serves as board chairman for Elmira’s Arnot Health, is vice chairman of the HTNYS board.
