NY Rec & Social will be the first venue to open under Turning Stone’s $370 million renovation and expansion project and represents the most significant addition to the Exit 33 entertainment complex since it opened 10 years ago.

The lounge will open in space that once housed the nightclub LAVA. The new sportsbook and lounge will include a live DJ, table games such as blackjack, and social games like foosball and billiards. The first floor can hold nearly 200 people with additional seating on the outdoor patio. An upper level is available for private events.

The Lounge with Caesars Sportsbook will move to NY Rec & Social club, offering guests a restaurant lounge and traditional sports book. The new venue will have a speakeasy vibe with a central bar serving a variety of cocktails and 60 high-definition televisions for sports viewing.

Other elements of Turning Stone’s “evolution” include a new 77,000-square-foot conference center including new meeting rooms, new ballrooms, and a new indoor parking garage; a new 258-room hotel; the new Salt Seafood & Raw Bar; renovations at existing hotels; opening an onsite medical center for employees and guests; a new golf-practice area with driving range; and more than 120 electric-vehicle chargers.
