Ryan-Biggs Associates, P.C. has promoted Janis Baker to marketing-communications assistant. She has been with the firm since 2008. Baker earned her bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College and her master’s degree from S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
