First Niagara has promoted Michael Macy to vice president of equipment and municipal finance in the Central New York region. He has been with First Niagara since 2000 and previously worked for Empire National Leasing. Macy has 26 years of experience in the equipment-financing field. He earned his bachelor’s degree from State University of New York College at Buffalo.
