ONEIDA — Oneida Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: ONFC) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12 cents per share of its common stock.
The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of July 8 and will be paid on July 22, the Oneida–based banking and financial-services firm said in a news release. The dividend amount is unchanged from last quarter.
Oneida Financial had total assets of $785.1 million as of March 31.
