Demo Days set for this week

SYRACUSE — The annual Student Sandbox Demo Day will take place starting at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the lobby of the AXA towers in downtown Syracuse.

The sandbox program, based in the Syracuse Tech Garden, aims to help student entrepreneurs develop business ideas. The 12 week program began in 2009 with five companies and has grown this year to 34 teams.

Fifteen of the teams will pitch their ideas during Demo Day. A tradeshow will follow at the Tech Garden.
