U.S. Chamber head to speak at Business Council meeting

The president and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Thomas Donohue, will be the keynote speaker at this year’s annual meeting of the Business Council of New York State.

The meeting takes place Sept. 19 to Sept. 21 at the Sagamore Resort on Lake George. Donohue speaks Sept. 20.

“Tom has become an aggressive, national voice for business,” Business Council President and CEO Heather Briccetti said in a news release. “He has created numerous programs and tools that give businesses and chambers a more effective voice their communities and in Washington. We are very happy to welcome him to our event.”
