SKANEATELES — A pair of open houses will show off the recently renovated Old Stone Mill Inn at 3 Fennell St. in Skaneateles.
The first open house, on June 28 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., is for realtors, wedding planners, and event planners. The second, on July 1 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., is for members of the public.
The inn has short-term rental condominiums available for stays ranging from two nights to several months. Each short-term rental unit is furnished and comes with indoor parking.

“The condominiums at Old Stone Mill Inn are perfect for out-of-town guests visiting the area for weddings, graduations, business trips, or summer getaways,” the inn’s manager, William Eberhardt, said in a news release. “The units offer luxurious, convenient living space in the heart of Central New York.”
Eberhardt is also the owner of the Sherwood Inn in Skaneateles. Jason Slottje owns the Old Stone Mill Inn.
