APAC Customer Services to add 50 jobs in Utica

UTICA, N.Y. — APAC Customer Services, Inc., a company that provides customer-care outsourced services, on Wednesday announced that it expects to add 50 jobs in its Utica service center between now and September.

The full-time positions will provide telephone customer support for a telecommunications client, the company said in a news release.

APAC didn’t name the client in its news release.

These new positions will provide “excellent career opportunities” for members of the community, Matthew Caron, site director of APAC Customer Services’ Utica location, said.

Interested candidates can apply in person between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday through Friday at the APAC Utica location at 131 Genesee St. in Utica.

They can also apply online by visiting website apacjob.com, clicking on “Customer Service Associate Career Opportunities” and searching for job #140003033, APAC said.

Bannockburn, Ill.–based APAC Customer Services specializes in customer-care business-process outsourcing services including sales, customer care, technical support, and back-office services, according to its news release.

APAC operates through a technology and operational-delivery platform that spans North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, the firm said.

Plano, Texas–based Expert Global Solutions’ Companies is the holding company for APAC Customer Services, Inc., according to the APAC website.
