His practice is focused on the formation and counseling of closely held and family-owned enterprises. Francesco Fabiano works primarily in the financial services industry with an emphasis on federal and state financial compliance and creditor’s rights. He has practiced in this area for more than 25 years, with 12 of those years as a successful solo practitioner. Kelly J. Graves is a member of the firm’s real estate practice group. Before joining the firm, she was affiliated with a general practice firm. Graves has been practicing in the Syracuse area for more than 10 years.
