Concept Systems, Inc. recently filled three key positions and promoted two team members. Laura Batten was named director of business development, a new position for Concept Systems. She brings more than 15 years experience, and previously held business-development roles at Ithaca–based Prendismo, Vast.com in San Francisco, and The Boston Globe. Jessica Gosa joined as clients services consultant, and works directly with clients in all aspects of project management. She is licensed as a master level social worker and was previously employed by Family and Children’s Services in Ithaca. Gosa’s past work also focused heavily on program implementation and evaluation. Steven Vedder supports the Concept Systems team as business development and administration associate. He has previous experience as a sales representative at Glenora Wine Cellars in Dundee and is a recent graduate of SUNY Oswego. Jennifer Royer has been promoted to client-services consultant. She joined the company in 2011 as a client-services associate. Michael Huffman is now manager of product sales and technology. He has been with Concept Systems for more than six years and handles the sales, training, and technology support of CS Global Max.
