VIP Structures announced that Stephen Tarolli has joined the company as strategic HR manager. He will also serve on the VIP Companies Senior Leadership Team. Prior to joining VIP, Tarolli served as manager of human resources and operations for King + King Architects. He has more than 10 years experience in executive level recruitment, on-boarding and orientation, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations, career development, and compliance.
