Bousquet Holstein PLLC announced that Ryan S. Suser has joined the firm as an associate attorney in the litigation practice group. His experience includes representing companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation in areas of contract, fraud, and other business matters, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Prior to joining Bousquet Holstein, Suser was a litigation associate at Seward and Kissel LLP in New York City. He is a graduate of Albany Law School and also a graduate of Syracuse University. Suser has served as a legal intern at Capital District Physician’s Health Plan and the New York Department of Environmental Conservation.
