BINGHAMTON — The Joint Landowners Coalition of New York, Inc., Broome Tioga Workforce NY, and Broome Community College are hosting the inaugural 2012 New York Natural Gas Career & Education Expo on April 11 from 3 to 7 p.m.
The free event takes place at Broome Community College’s ice center at 907 Front St.
The event will feature more than 30 vendors supporting natural-gas development in the Marcellus Shale. The expo will highlight career opportunities that are or may soon be available in the area as well as those already available in Pennsylvania and will include education seminars and demonstrations providing a first-hand look at jobs in the industry.
