Presbyterian Homes Foundation announces new board members

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — Presbyterian Homes Foundation has announced six new board members: Stephen Caruso, John Collis, Nancy Eannace, Kristine Giotto, Dean Kelly, and Jan Moore.

Caruso is an investment advisor with Caruso McLean Investment Advisors in Utica. He graduated from Bucknell University, has been a chartered financial analyst since 2009, and has served as treasurer of the Hospice & Palliative Care board since 2012.

Collis is an owner of Fred F. Collis & Sons in Yorkville. He holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management from Clemson University, and is currently a board member of Friends of the ARC Foundation and VP of the Rome Rotary.

Eannace has been a funeral director for 32 years at Eannace Funeral Home, Inc. in Utica. She holds degrees in business administration and mortuary science. She is a former board member at East Utica Senior Center and Abraham House in Utica.

Giotto is director of Giotto Enterprises/Fiber Instrument Sales in Oriskany. She is a graduate of SUNY Oneonta and SUNY Cortland and is currently director/secretary of Utica Landmark Tower.

Kelly is president of JAY-K Independent Lumber Corp. in New Hartford. He is a graduate of Northeastern University, and currently serves on the boards of Upstate Cerebral Palsy and First Source Federal Credit Union.

Moore is the retired music director of the Rome City School District. She has been involved with the Girl Scouts for 55 years, as a member, leader, and camp counselor, and taught at the Saratoga Potsdam Choral Institute at SPAC. Moore has volunteered with the Chamber Music Society of Utica, B Sharp Musical Club, Oneida County Music Educators’ Association, and Rome City Schools.

Presbyterian Homes Foundation is a member of the Presbyterian Homes & Services’ family of services.
