The Syracuse Crunch have promoted Stephen Fiorella to senior director of new business development and special events. After joining the Crunch in 2011 as an account executive, he served as director of new business development for the past two seasons. Fiorella came to Syracuse after studying at Boston College, completing a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in administrative studies, all while competing on the college’s ski team as captain.
