RMS Healthcare has promoted Al Tripodi to quality auditor associate. He has worked for RMS since 2012 as a health-care administrative assistant. Tripodi will take the lead on the oversight and tracking of client-satisfaction surveys representing all lines of business for RMS. He will also be responsible for maintaining all processes related to HIPAA compliance.
