M. Griffith Investment Services has promoted Cathy A. Cucharale to the position of chief operating officer. Cucharale, who is also the firm’s chief compliance officer, is responsible for day-to-day operations. She is Series 7, 24, and 99 registered, and is accountable for the developmental process of assuring adherence to the many regulatory compliance requirements of the financial-investment industry. Cucharale joined M. Griffith in 1998.
