Community Bank has hired Glenn C. Parsons as assistant vice president, branch manager for the Horseheads office. He most recently was an assistant vice president, branch manager for M&T Bank. Parsons has Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc., Series 6 and 63 licenses, a New York state life, accidental and health license, and a national mortgage licensing system license. He holds an associate degree from Corning Community College.
