CLAY — Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) recently renewed two leases in the town of Clay.
PCA renewed its lease of 82,356 square feet of warehouse space at 4510 Steelway Blvd. and 40,066 square feet of warehouse space at 4530 Steelway Blvd. in the town of Clay, according to a CBRE news release.
Mark Rupprecht of CBRE/Syracuse, and David Tropp of CBRE/Chicago represented the tenant. Lease terms were not disclosed.
Packaging Corporation of America (NYSE: PKG) says it is one of the largest producers of containerboard and corrugated packaging in the U.S. and the third largest producer of uncoated freesheet in North America, based on production capacity. It has about 14,000 employees, with operations primarily in the U.S.
PCA prints corrugated boxes, point-of-purchase displays, and packaging supplies, and uses the Clay spaces for warehousing and distribution, according to the CBRE release.
