SYRACUSE, N.Y. — VIP Structures announced that Cynthia Hernandez, of Camillus, has recently joined the company as VP of organizational development.
She will also serve on the VIP Companies senior leadership team.
Hernandez comes to VIP with more than 10 years of human resources (HR) experience. She most recently worked for Housing Visions Unlimited Inc. as director of organizational development and before that, as talent manager, according to her LinkedIn profile. Hernandez also previously worked at Catholic Charities of Onondaga County and at Liberty Resources.
She is a certified professional in human resources (PHR), member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and was inducted into the YWCA of Syracuse Academy of Diversity Achievers in 2017. She has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from City University of New York-Queens College, per her LinkedIn page.
VIP Structures is a national design-build firm headquartered in Syracuse.
