SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Housing Visions announced it has hired Shanelle McPherson as its new director of property management.
McPherson joins Housing Visions from Norstar Property Management. As director of property management, she will work to strategize short‐range and long‐range Housing Visions goals, oversee and direct property management of the organization’s residential and commercial portfolio, and seek to ensure the overall successful operations of properties.
McPherson has more than 17 years of experience in the property management industry, holding key management positions at Norstar, United Group of Companies, the Watertown Housing Authority, Northeast Management & Development, St. Lawrence County CDP, and the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration management from Saint Leo University in Florida in 2009.
