The Syracuse men’s basketball team (15-8 overall, 4-6 ACC) looks to get back on track Monday night when it visits the Louisville Cardinals (16-7, 6-4).
The game tips off at 7 p.m. at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville and will be televised nationally on ESPN and the Watch ESPN app. Sean McDonough, LaPhonso Ellis, and Allison Williams will be the TV announcing team.
Syracuse enters the contest with a two-game losing streak, most recently falling 59-44 Saturday at home to #2 Virginia. The Orange trailed from start to finish in both of their recent losses.

What’s at stake for Syracuse?
The underdog Orange badly need a win to help their fading NCAA Tournament chances. A road victory against the Cardinals, who are ranked in the top 30 in RPI, would be Syracuse’s best win (and NCAA résume enhancer) of the season.
It won’t be easy. The last time the Orange visited Louisville, they also needed the win to boost their NCAA chances and it didn’t turn out well. Syracuse fell 88-68 at the Cards last Feb. 26. Louisville has defeated the Cuse three straight times and five of the last six meetings.
