VERONA, N.Y. — The Oneida Indian Nation will hold a hiring expo on Aug. 22 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Turning Stone Event Center to expand its workforce to support the recently announced $370 million expansion of Turning Stone Resort Casino.

Turning Stone will open the new NY Rec & Social Club in the former LAVA Nightclub space this December. The two-year project will also add a new conference center, 250-room hotel, and new dining options. As a result, Turning Stone will need to hire hundreds of new employees.

At the Aug. 22 expo, candidates can learn about all the new opportunities available. The event will feature dozens of interactive booths staffed by current team members to provide information on opportunities across 23 different departments and many properties including four casinos, 25 restaurants, five hotels, five golf courses, two spas, two marinas, and 12 convenience stores.

Full-time and part-time positions include cooks, cashiers, table-games dealers, beverage servers, carpenters, sports-book writers, massage therapists, restaurant managers, security staff, and hotel concierges.

After applying, candidates will meet with hiring managers for on-site interviews. Qualified applicants may receive a job offer immediately.

Walk-ins are welcome, but event registration is recommended and may be made online at www.onenterprises.com/careers/hiring-event.
