She earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Clarkson University. PAULA MORSE has joined the solid waste group as an engineer I. She earned her associate degree in engineering science from Jefferson Community College and her bachelor’s degree in environmental and civil engineering from Clarkson University. MARY O’LEARY has been hired as an account specialist II. She received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Columbia College.
