Embassy Suites by Hilton to host Tuesday job fair for Destiny USA hotel

SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Embassy Suites by Hilton will host a job fair for its upcoming hotel at Destiny USA.

The hotel is under construction in the lot at the intersection of Hiawatha Boulevard and Solar Street across from the shopping and entertainment complex.

The job fair is set for Tuesday from 12:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the first level of the Canyon area inside Destiny USA, the organization said in a news release.

The release lists more than 20 positions available at the job fair. They include front-office supervisor; guest-services agents; reservation agent; van drivers/bellman; room attendants; house attendant; night cleaner; housekeeping assistant manager; housekeeping supervisor; breakfast attendant; cooks; restaurant servers; bartenders; banquet servers; banquet set up; night auditors; laundry attendant; lead engineer; engineer; steward; room-service server; and restaurant host / hostess.

Embassy Suites by Hilton is scheduled to open this fall, Destiny USA said.
