BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. — Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS) announced it has hired Christine Benn as the firm’s business development coordinator.
Benn, who joined RMS in June, previously worked at the Alzheimer’s Association Central New York Chapter, as constituent services coordinator, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Benn, who obtained her bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Le Moyne College, has experience in marketing, customer service, research, and data processing.
Her new position’s tasks include building client relationships and coordinating client relations between the firm’s analytics and health-care teams, RMS said. Benn is also the main sales contact for the firm’s CAHPS products and services.
RMS’s previous business development coordinator was Hilary Ranucci, who left in May to become a producer at NewsChannel 9 WSYR, according to her LinkedIn page.
RMS is a marketing and market-research firm based in the village of Baldwinsville.
