SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Disciplined Capital Management, LLC announced it has recently hired Ethan Gilbert as VP of investments, where his responsibilities focus on quantitative analysis and investment analysis.
Gilbert previously worked on Wall Street at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Bridgewater Associates. He also most recently worked as a Congressional legislative assistant for Representatives Richard Hanna and Elise Stefanik, per his LinkedIn page.
Gilbert has a bachelor’s degree in applied economics and management with a concentration in finance from Cornell University. He is also a graduate of Fayetteville-Manlius High School.
Syracuse–based Disciplined Capital Management is an independent registered investment advisor with nearly $500 million in assets under management, according to its website. The firm says it exclusively serves institutions, foundations, endowments, and not-for-profits. Its institutional clients include Elmcrest Children’s Center and Oswego Health.
