Private-sector employers in New York state added 6,400 jobs in July, according to the latest ADP Regional Employment Report issued Wednesday.
All the job gains were made in the service-producing sector, as goods-producing employers shed 100 positions in July, according to the report. ADP — a global payroll processing, HR, and employee-benefits firm — worked with Moody’s Analytics, Inc. to generate the report.
