SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The F.O.C.U.S. Greater Syracuse board of directors has named five executives to its ranks.
Daniel Feng, a past president, returns to the board. Joining for the first time are Michael LaMontagne, Kathleen Rapp, Rita Reicher, and David E. Rogers, the nonprofit said in a news release.
Feng is VP and director of operations at Progressive Expert Consulting, Inc.
LaMontagne is managing architect for C&S Cos. He is a member of the Village of Liverpool Planning Board and a past member of the board of the American Institute of Architects Central New York Chapter.
Rapp has been a member of the Onondaga County Legislature for 18 years, most notably as chair of planning and economic development. Rapp has been chair of the Regional Planning Board for 10 years and is chair of the Syracuse Metropolitan Transportation Commission planning committee.
Reicher is chairman of the board, president, and founding partner of the marketing and consulting firm KS&R.
Rogers is president of SUNY Morrisville. Before being named president in 2015, he had been provost and chief information officer, provost and chief operating officer, and VP of academic affairs for the college.
F.O.C.U.S. Greater Syracuse says it is an “independent, not-for-profit, citizen-driven, citizen-engagement organization that taps resident creativity to bring about change in Central New York by enabling citizens, organizations, and government to work together to enhance the quality of our lives and our economic future.”
