DOUG SWEET has joined Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS) as administrative office coordinator. He serves as the primary contact for general office operations, which includes administrative duties, human-resource functions, and project establishment/management functions. His goal is to ensure smooth operation within RMS while entrusted with confidential information. Prior to joining RMS, Sweet worked at Bed Bath & Beyond for nearly 25 years in positions ranging from store level manager to district and regional operations manager then regional director of operations and continuous improvement for the central territory. Sweet holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Fredonia.
